Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LISW-S, CFRC
It would be my honor to be a part of your healing journey. I approach counseling as a partnership, with the client as the expert of their own life. I believe strongly in the importance of connection and fostering a kind and supportive environment. Utilizing an array of resources, my clinical approach is grounded in person-centered, strengths-based theory with the use of EMDR
I am passionate about the care and treatment of members of our military and first responder communities. As a military spouse, I have additional training and experience in working with service members, veterans, and their families.
I look forward to meeting with you and exploring and discussing ways in which we can collaboratively meet your goals.

Clinical Social Work/Therapist, MSW, LISW
I truly believe that seeking help is a sign of courage and strength. It is this inherent strength displayed by those struggling that inspires me to do what I love: help my clients turn that strength and courage into inner peace. I enjoy working with people, helping them discover the things within themselves and their lives that cause their distress, and guiding them on a journey to reshape their perceptions, emotions, and reactions to achieve that inner peace. It is my sincere belief that learning how to manage your mental health is a life-altering experience, improving your quality of life and promoting harmony.
I have a Master’s Degree in Social Work and have been a Licensed Social worker since 2013. I have been a clinical therapist for four years, working with adolescents and adults with mental health symptoms, as well as individuals with addiction diagnoses. I am experienced with several therapy modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.
I pride myself in being a safe, healthy person to share your life story with, regardless of your background, life experiences, or unique situations. I am always ready with an open mind, a listening ear, and a comforting presence. I am here to help you find your inner peace, no matter the circumstances.

I’m a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) who provides therapy for adults and teens navigating life’s challenges, changes, and complexities. My approach is collaborative and compassionate — I believe that healing and growth happen best in a space where you feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, relationship difficulties, or simply feeling disconnected or overwhelmed, we’ll work together to help you regain clarity, confidence, and direction. I specialize in helping clients manage perfectionism, imposter syndrome, burnout, and the pressures of maintaining balance in everyday life.
I’m also deeply passionate about supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community and those exploring gender identity, transition, or sexual orientation. For teens and young adults, I offer a supportive environment to navigate the unique challenges of growing up, identity formation, and finding one’s place in the world.
My therapeutic style draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based approaches, and Strengths-Based and Trauma-Informed care. This means our sessions will be tailored to your needs — sometimes focused on practical tools and strategies, other times on reflection, insight, and deeper emotional understanding. Ultimately, my goal is to help you reconnect with your authentic self, build healthier relationships, and create meaningful change that lasts.
You don’t have to have everything figured out to start therapy — just a willingness to show up and take the next step. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more grounded, confident, and at peace with yourself and your life.
